By the end of 2025, 10-20 kg of xPET filament will be distributed for testing to interested parties, inviting feedback to refine the product’s quality. The remaining 80-90 kg of processed filament will be prepared for commercial sale, marking the transition to a market-ready product. A webshop is planned to be operational, offering xPET filament and 3D-printed figurines, such as bees, owls, and cars, to both local and international customers. We hope workshops will continue, providing educational opportunities and generating additional knowledge.
Partnerships with businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond will be pursued to promote this unique recycling technology. Companies like Vitinka or Coca-Cola, with an interest in sustainability, may collaborate to integrate ReX TeX workshops into their marketing campaigns, showcasing their commitment to recycling. The establishment of a steady production line will ensure consistent output, supporting local self-sufficiency and job creation.
Long-term goals include expanding the product range, potentially incorporating custom 3D-printed parts for industrial applications. Continuous improvement of the recycling process, guided by tester feedback and market trends, will enhance xPET filament’s competitiveness. By aligning with global sustainability goals and Industry 5.0’s human-centric focus, ReX TeX aims to become a leading example of how small enterprises can drive environmental and economic progress.
