Small and medium enterprises are under growing pressure to boost efficiency, meet sustainability demands, and weave in digital solutions – all while dealing with tight time and limited resources. FabLab Innovation Centre, teaming up with Outbox Consulting d.o.o. Sarajevo, is running a hands-on live training designed to give SMEs real, practical support in upgrading their business models through green and digital innovation.

Through interactive sessions and applied discussions, participants will dive into improving resource efficiency, streamlining business processes, and spotting exactly where digital tools like AI, cloud, and IoT can deliver serious business value. The training also covers how these changes lead to stronger market positioning and easier access to funding.
