Got an idea, innovation, or product you want to protect and launch on the market? FabLab is opening a public call for free intellectual property (IP) services aimed at innovators, startup teams, and SMEs from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Through the FabLab IP voucher program, you get hands-on expert support for protecting and commercializing your solutions – from initial consultations all the way to protection strategy and knowledge transfer. The call offers three service categories:

• Intellectual property (IP) consultations 60-minute one-on-one sessions focused on IP diagnostics, identifying your intellectual assets, and recommending next steps.
• Basic IP protection services Help with preparing trademark or industrial design applications, basic patentability assessment, and limited preliminary FTO (freedom-to-operate) analysis.
• Аdvanced protection, transfer, and commercialization services Advisory support that can include protection strategy in BiH and the EU, licensing guidance, basic contractual IP elements (NDAs, license agreements), and valuation of patents or know-how.

The program targets:

✔ micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs)

✔ early- to mid-stage startup teams

✔ individuals – innovators, researchers, and startup team members (18+)

Services are provided free of charge until the available program vouchers run out. The call stays permanently open until capacity is filled.
